    First Line Shave is owned and operated by Michael Riley, a First Line Responder in the greater Saint Louis, Missouri area. For more information, check out our About Us page!
  • What is the company's mission?
    As First Line Responders, we are dedicated to service. Since our company's founding, our primary purpose has been to raise funds for the surviving family members of fellow First Line Responders who made the ultimate sacrifice. We achieve this by making and selling some of the best wet shaving and beard grooming products on the market and providing exceptional service to our customers. With each sold, a portion of our proceeds go directly to who ensure those family members have the safety net they desperately need.
  • How do I contact you?
    We answer all questions as promptly as possible via our Contact Us page form, Live Chat (see icon on the bottom right of the screen), email, and via our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Get links to these on our Contact Us page. Please note we are in the Central time zone of the United States and might be offline at the time of your message. We will get back to you promptly. While we are first responders, we do periodically check our chats and inboxes throughout the day.

    BackStoppers is a non-profit organization that helps families of first line responders who have fallen in the line of service. BackStoppers has been serving the Saint Louis, Missouri area since 1959. The organization has helped over 180 families. BackStoppers helps these families by paying off all debt, providing health and dental insurance, reimbursing for out-of-pocket medical expenses, covering tuition and educational costs from day care through university, and assisting with miscellaneous extraordinary expenses.
