Dark Necessities Imperial Wagyu Shave Soap
Dark Necessities began as an idea from Riley to craft a series of shave and fragrance products around one of his and Joe at BMS's combined favorite bands.
This first in the series, Dark Necessities, takes us to the heart of BMS core beliefs. In the words of the band's front man, the scent and song "speaks to the beauty of our dark sides and how much creativity and growth and light actually comes out of those difficult struggles that we have on the inside of our heads that no one else can see."
Embodying this, the scent plays with both the light and dark in scent notes - we can't have one without the other. The scent opens up with a touch of the citrus and mint with a slight touch of florals and grounding vetiver in the middle. At the heart of the scent are all of the darker notes that symbolize the creativity that can come about even in those challenging seasons, including rum, tobacco, labdanum, cedar, and more. We can't erase our pasts, but we carry those lessons for something new.
Due to the overwhelming feedback of the original fragrance, we are pleased to push this to the top of the priority list.
